How to keep your team pumped during the summer with all the distractions of vacations, summer camps etc.
Ever heard folks say that “my business is slow during the summer” honestly it doesn't have to be!
This is where the light bulbs and thinking caps need to come on because if you're a leader, you need to create a duplicatable system for your team so no matter what they're doing in the summer, they're still making money in their business otherwise your teammates will quit.

There's a few tricks that you could do right now and actually all year-long that doesn't take away from your family but still helps you help your business growing.
There's actually a 3-step method that our team uses everyday but honestly anyone can duplicate with their teams.
Ever heard of ATM?
If you've never heard of it, it's ok I'll explain.
ATM stands for:
What we do is we have a private communities with our leaders where we share information either our product, service or business opportunity with folks who ask us for more information because of one of our curiosity posts and let the community do all the selling for you.
What's crazy is that when this method was first shown to me I thought it was kind of weird, you're probably thinking the same thing, am I right?
Let me prove this method works!
One of our representatives, only after a few weeks of implementing this little trick, was able to get her first promotion and what's crazy is that she was on vacation in Mexico but was still able to work her business.
