In today's post, I'll be sharing my very best Facebook Recruiting tips using your Facebook profile without spamming your products or business and get folks finally asking about your business.
I've been pretty much using Facebook for years now to connect with our prospects and even customers and I gotta say that the results I've seen in this last year have been super AMAZING.
One of the reasons I think Facebook works so well with prospects is because it totally makes it personal. Your prospects are getting a chance to know the real you, your family and successes you're having in your business.
And isn't that what Facebook is all about????
Now how super and great Facebook is, there is a method to the madness because you can totally be dropping the ball on all the goodness Facebook has to offer to YOU as a network marketer.

So since we're talking Facebook Recruiting Tips…..
First and foremost before we get into the HOW TO's of Facebook, you want to ask yourself this: Do you believe in the company you're with? Because guess what, if you don't believe in your company and the products and services they have to offer, none of these tips will help you.
1. Post Consistently – Facebook will reward you for your consistence – try posting 3 posts a day with something of value like sharing benefits of your product or service and of course show a little fun in between most of the time.
2. Facebook Purges/Cleanses – it's better to have 2200 friends who are engaged with you than 4800 friends and only 200 are engaged with you. Using daily birthdays to help.
3. Add 5 New Friends A Day – This gives your Facebook profile new eyeballs especially people who like your company's niche so like health/wellness, beauty or travel.
4. BONUS Tip – Use Birthdays – Everyday check your birthdays to make sure your friends on Facebook are actually using Facebook, some people haven't posted in years which will affect your engagement and how often Facebook shows your posts and to how many.
As with anything and everything you'll learn about Facebook or any social media platform make sure to be YOU. People connect with folks they feel a connection to, they like the things they're into or maybe they want to learn more about them so be yourself and try not to sound like a business mouse post.
